Hi,
So yesterday was the date of my final exam of my undergraduate degree. What a weight off my shoulders! I've never been so happy to leave and exam room and head to the pub. Chardonnay is define better than Structural Biology.
However, this means my time at Birmingham has now come to an end..no more labs or lectures here, rather I'll be relocating back to the North (yay) to do my PhD at the University of Liverpool. I will (hopefully, if I pass everything and graduate) be undertaking a veterinary parasitology/microbiology PhD studying a parasite of cattle known as Tritrichamonas foetus (more on that in a later post).
So excited to see a new place and meet new people...even if the freshers will think I'm like a pensioner compared to them.
